The rooftop bar at sunset had an unreal view, really reminded me of the simple pleasures I used to love. We indulged in a bamboo massage that melted away a week of stress, just perfect for unwinding.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for a little splurge, it works.

We got suite and appreciated it.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with many choices and good prices. I loved the absolutely perfect location in the Vietnam colleges. Moreover, it was just off shops and restaurants close y very good food at night and the river and markets

The staff are super friendly, especially Tuyên and Hương. The room was spacious and comfy with a great large bathroom! Only downside? The WiFi was pretty spotty.

The noise from building work and hallways often disrupts the quiet atmosphere. I encountered persistent issues with the air conditioning cutting out unexpectedly, and the overall hygiene during breakfast hours was questionable due to overcrowding and chaotic conditions. Some food items seemed recycled, and I noticed cleanliness issues, such as tissue wiping tables without proper sanitation.

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including local and Western options. We encountered noise issues .

The place is nice, and has everything I need, like free wi-fi in public areas, a fitness center, and a poolside snack bar. On my first stay, the staff helped with currency exchange options. Highly recommend trying their amazing breakfast!

The staff was excellent, showing very nice customer service and warmth. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk to the citadel. The rooms are nicely decorated and the indoor pool is a lovely spot to relax after a day of exploring.

I particularly enjoyed the Italian strata for breakfast, a real treat. The check-in process was somewhat disorganized, and I noticed some delays in the service during peak hours.

The staff provided really good service. The room offered a fine view of the local landmark. The spa services were great, with skilled therapists making our massages a highlight of the visit. I appreciated how easy it was to enjoy a movie on the TV with our streaming accounts.

Amazing location! It's a perfect spot, just a stone's throw away from the citadel, meeting all our needs. 🌟
